As documentaries go, STEP is not only entertaining, but also powerful, as you venture into the lives of these young women – trying to solidify their place within the STEP community, and their futures beyond the comfort of the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women. You will be amazed one minute, and heart broken the next, as you watch this film play out, revealing the importance that STEP has for each of them, and how their lives are truly affected by their coach, their families and most definitely by their school guidance counselor, as these individuals want what is best for every young woman in attendance as BLS, pushing and helping them strive to SUCEED, no matter what the cost…
