Starring Keegan Michael-Key, Jordan Peele and Tiffany Haddish

Who better to take on a film starring comedians KEY AND PEELE, than the man who directed 99% of their television show ~ Peter Atencio…so come along as we venture to find Peele’s characters one true love in life ~ A kitten named KEANU…

Down and out after his latest break-up, Rell (Jordan Peele) is distraught and floundering through life…that is, until a sweet little tabby shows up on his doorstep, and what better name to give him than KEANU.

When Rell decides to hang with his cousin Clarence (Keegan-Michael Key), someone kidnaps KEANU, and the only thing left to do, is to find out who might have stolen the little fur ball, so they can get him back.

Enter neighbor and drug-dealer Hulka (Will Forte), as his supplier Cheddar (Method Man) might be the culprit who nabbed Rell’s kitty, leaving them no time to waste…

Thrown into the world of gang’s and drugs ~ Rell and Clarence find that they will do anything ~ and I mean ANYTHING ~ to get their hands on the kitten that has stolen Rell’s heart…

I give KEANU a rating between: MUST SEE ON THE BIG SCREEN and WAIT AND CATCH IT ON DVD ~ Key and Peele are on top of their game, playing multiple roles in this very funny who done it. From the different characters they pretend to be ~ in order to save their own skin ~ to the actual different characters they play throughout this film, you will absolutely love following them along in their quest to find their furry little friend. Get ready to enjoy an exquisite cameo scene or two in this film too ~ as they managed to secure one of my favorite blond comedians on both the big and small screens. And there is a voice cameo you don’t want to miss out on either. I didn’t have high hopes for KEANU going in, but I came out of the theater super-pumped by the fact that there was so much more happening on screen than I ever imagined. This film goes way beyond the love for one super cute kitty ~ causing me to give KEANU this better than average rating.
